  • What is the difference between life coaching and traditional therapy?

    Life coaching is all about your thoughts! Everything in your life begins with a thought. Life coaching focuses on current thought patterns and how to modify them for better results in your life. Traditional therapy focuses on the past and why specific behavioral patterns occur. Life coaching is an excellent way to move forward if you feel stuck in certain emotions or thought patterns. In short, Life coaching is future-focused, while traditional therapy is past-focused.

  • How does Life coaching work?

    As a life coach, I will help you identify your current thought patterns. Sometimes these thoughts are hidden in the subconscious mind. Once we recognize what your thoughts are, I will help you find new thoughts to replace the old ones. With practice, the new thoughts will create new emotions, different actions, and better results in your life.

  • How long do coaching sessions last?

    Each session will last 60 minutes. 

  • Where will the sessions take place?

    All sessions take place via Zoom. You can be coached anywhere in the world from the privacy of your own home.

  • How often will I meet with a life coach?

    You will meet with me once a week at the same time each week.

  • How many sessions will I need?

    Generally, clients need between eight and ten sessions to learn the skills and concepts required to change their thinking. Many clients wish to continue after they’ve completed ten sessions because they enjoy the insights they gain from working with a coach.

  • Will my sessions be confidential?

    Absolutely. Everything discussed in a session, as well as your personal information, will be kept completely confidential.
